Notes on mail and internation mail shipping:

  • Deutsche Post Brief: untracked mail. Typically delivered within 2 – 10 days. No insurance, only for orders ≤ 50€
  • EU Mail (inkl. CH): priority mail. No insurance. Typically delivered within 4 – 15 days.
    • [untracked] No tracking, only for orders ≤ 25€
    • [tracked]: only for orders ≤ 50€
  • Internation Mail: priority mail. No insurance. Typically delivered within 14-21 days depending on destination
    • [untracked] No tracking, only for orders ≤ 25€
    • [tracked]: only for orders ≤ 100€

International Mail is not an insured shipping method. As such, HHTronik is not responsible for replacing the package should it be lost in transit. Shipping batteries of any kind is not possible with the mail services. You can find more information about shipping, conditions and restrictions here.

Courrier services like DHL, DHL Express, UPS and DPD generally provide door-to-door tracking and loss or damage insurance.

Note on shipping batteries:

Many restrictions apply. If your cart contains products containing batteries chances are we cannot ship them outside of the EU. Even inside the EU the carriers generally DO NOT accept to carry batteries that are not contained in or shipped with equipment (UN3481 / UN3091 ) which is why we generally ship them only with devices and safely packed for transportation.

We will have to cancel orders containing only (or too many) batteries because of aforementioned restrictions. Sorry for any inconvenience!

As a rule of thumb: add one “device” product to the cart for each battery you want to order and stay below 1kg worth of battery cells. If you have any question regarding this, please write us using the contact form.

About VAT in Europe and international taxes & duties

All EU sales are subject to German MwSt./VAT (currently 19%).

Businesses can provide a valid EU VAT-ID during the checkout process for VAT exemption.

International sales are exempt of EU VAT but may be subjected to import taxation and/or duties. Please check your local authorities. Also, please note that customs processing may cause processing surcharges by the carrier. These taxes, fees and charges are your responsibility, and are related to the country with which you are importing.

Shipping cost discounts

Independently of the shipping method and destination we apply following discounts to the shipping rate:

  • -2,00€ for order ≥ 40€
  • -4,00€ for order ≥ 80€

– no negative shipping rate will be applied. The minium rate will be 0€
– the order amount used to determine the applied discount is the total cart value excluding shipping cost, but including any coupon codes.

Shipping cost calculator

We use a live shipping cost calculation system for some carriers. Please enter your Country AND postal code in the “Change address” form above to get all available rates.

For most destinations you will have to fill the post-/zip-code information in the shipping calculator to get an estimation for the courier services. Please note that the postcode must include all required spaces, dashes and/or other separators in order to work correctly.

For certain countries that have no postal code system (such as Hong Kong), you may need to use the full form in the checkout page to get shipping estimations for courrier services. In these cases, please enter the name of the city area in the Post-code/ZIP field.

Note that some rates/destinations can’t be calculated using the shipping calculator. If your country is listed in the selection box, but you don’t get any rate displayed, please send us a message so see if we can figure out a viable solution.
